For larger and complex properties, commercial buildings, multi-unit and multi-source conditions, and projects where the stakes justify oversight, Pure Home Mold Assessors offers independent project advisory. As a New York State licensed assessor who never performs remediation, we represent the property's interests only, with no financial stake in the scope of the work.
The result is a defensible, standards-based record and a remediation held to the plan rather than to a contractor's convenience.

Project Retainer · Draft
Engagement Retainer
Starting at
$5,500
Larger projects begin with a retainer of $5,500 to secure the engagement and start work. The retainer is due before work begins and reserves the assessor's involvement for the project.
The retainer covers the initial site review, development of the assessment and remediation protocol with quantified scope and clearance criteria, laboratory interpretation, and a project kickoff with the owner and remediation contractor.
Work proceeds in defined phases — assessment, protocol, oversight, clearance. Ongoing work is billed against the retainer and replenished as needed, or quoted as a flat project fee once scope is set.
Because assessment and remediation must remain independent under NYS Article 32, this engagement covers advisory, oversight, and clearance only, and does not include remediation labor.
