The Founder
Daniel Sears
Pure Home was founded by Daniel Sears, a NYS-Certified Mold Assessor whose approach to indoor environments was shaped by an uncommon path. Over 17 years in the U.S. Air Force, Daniel served as an Aerospace Maintenance Craftsman and subject-matter expert on strategic cargo aircraft — the C-5 Galaxy and C-17 Globemaster — diagnosing and solving complex, multi-system failures where the obvious answer was rarely the real one.
That same systems thinking is what he brings to your property: find the root cause, document the evidence, and explain it plainly. A building, like an aircraft, is a set of interacting systems. When something is wrong indoors, the cause is usually hidden — and finding it takes patience, method, and the discipline to test before guessing.
